The Washington Commanders suffered yet another hard-fought overtime loss in Week 13, this time to the Denver Broncos on Sunday Night Football.

It wasn't supposed to be a close game. The Broncos sit comfortably atop the AFC West and were 6.5-point favorites to start the week, even on the road. And while Jayden Daniels remains sidelined with an elbow injury, the Commanders did get wide receiver Terry McLaurin back on the field, and what a difference he makes on his own.

The Commanders played well overall on Sunday, and had Daniels been on the field, the outcome might have been different. But Washington isn't going to the playoffs, and the Broncos have one of the top defenses in the NFL right now, and the Commanders took them to overtime. Nothing flashy or completely horrible happened in the game; the Commanders simply came out and did the best they could with what they had. It turns out, their best is pretty good.

Let's take a look at the best (and worst) performers on both sides of the ball, as graded by Pro Football Focus.
