Following a road win over the rival Auburn Tigers in the Iron Bowl on Saturday night, did the Alabama Crimson Tide move in the latest ESPN Football Power Index (FPI) team rankings?

As of Monday, Dec. 1, Alabama comes in ranked as the nation's No. 6 overall team, per ESPN's FPI rankings, with a rating of 21.5. Alabama dropped a spot following their Iron Bowl win at Auburn, with the Crimson Tide ranked as the nation's No. 5 team last week.

Following the Iron Bowl win, Alabama will now turn its attention to the SEC Championship Game on Saturday where a rematch with the Georgia Bulldogs awaits. Alabama previously defeated Georgia in Athens earlier this season, 24-21, and the Bulldogs currently rank as the nation's No. 8 team in ESPN's latest FPI rankings.

The SEC Championship Game is slated to kickoff at 4 p.m. ET on Saturday, Dec. 6 live on ABC from Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta, Georgia.
