LSU football entered a new era Sunday when it announced Lane Kiffin as its new head coach. Now, the Tigers look toward the national signing period for its 2026 class. It opens December 3.
The current class stayed intact with just two decommitments after the firing of former head coach Brian Kelly in October. It could experience a boost with an influx of new signees once Kiffin gets on the phone with players he recruited to Ole Miss. The Rebels' class currently ranks No. 10 in the SEC, per Rivals' Industry Rankings.

They have two consensus five-stars in Lamar Brown and Richard Anderson. 73% of the commitments are blue chips.
10 of LSU's 15 commitments in the cycle hail from Louisiana. The staff prioritized keeping the best in-state talent at home, and it may pay off once the signing period commences. The recruits raised in the state will be less likely to leave for another school, especially if they respond well to Kiffin's hire.
