UCF's board of trustees will discuss the rental use of the Acrisure Bounce House to host two bowl games — the Pop-Tarts Bowl and the Cheez-It Bowl — and the Florida Classic in 2026 during its Thursday, Dec. 4 meeting, according to the meeting agenda.
UCF Vice President and Director of Athletics Terry Mohajir and Marcus Attles — the school's senior executive associate athletics director, facilities operations and capital projects — will recommend the action. Board review and approval is required for any events, other than specifically permitted uses, that are expected to draw attendance of 10,000 spectators or more.

The Bounce House is undergoing its own construction project — on the Roth Tower, its press box and luxury and club seating section — with plans for completion prior to the Knights' 2026 home opener.
"We want this (stadium) to be programmed more than just seven times per year," Mohajir said last December, adding a desire to host a concert or two per year and other functions.
The Pop-Tarts Bowl features the top non-playoff selections from the Atlantic Coast Conference and the Big 12. The Cheez-It Bowl traditionally pairs teams from the Big Ten and the SEC.
The Florida Classic, meanwhile, is the annual HBCU showdown between Bethune-Cookman and Florida A&M. B-CU prevailed in the rivalry for the first time since 2019 on Nov. 22, thanks to Timmy McClain's last-minute touchdown pass.

The Bounce House previously played host to the 2023 Cure Bowl between Miami (Ohio) and Appalachian State, drawing a reported crowd of 11,121 despite heavy rainfall.
