Tankers despair: Jets win drops them in 2026 NFL Draft order

The New York Jets beat the Atlanta Falcons in Week 13 to improve their record to 3-9. The team entered the weekend holding the fourth slot in the 2026 NFL Draft. Unsurprisingly, the victory dropped them a bit in the order.

Picks 19 through 32 are determined by the results of the NFL Playoffs.

The first tiebreaker is strength of schedule. Of the 3-9 teams, the Jets have the second toughest schedule so they are currently slated at 7th.

The Jets also own the Indianapolis Colts’ first round pick. The Colts currently hold the sixth seed in the AFC standings, which would place their pick somewhere between 19 and 32 depending on the results of the postseason.
