The Tennessee Titans reverted back to their undisciplined early-season form and struggled mightily against the Jacksonville Jaguars in their 25-3 Week 13 loss.

After a promising start on both sides of the ball, the team fell apart, especially on offense, where they were unable to move the ball consistently after the first drive. The offensive line continued to struggle, and the unit was dismal on third downs.

Defensively, the Titans were better than they were against the Seattle Seahawks, but a lack of secondary depth, coupled with almost no pass rush, allowed too many explosive plays. And with the special teams failing to provide a spark, it was a long afternoon and another humiliating loss.

As is the case every week, there were both good and bad performances within the disappointing loss. Here's a look at the players who are rising or falling in the Week 13 stock report.

Stock up: DT Jeffery Simmons

Simmons bounced back from a rough outing against the Seahawks and was active all afternoon. The veteran defensive tackle was a force, recording six total tackles (two solo) and a sack, giving him 6.5 on the season. Simmons played hard until the final whistle and was clearly the Titans' best player on Sunday.

Stock down: QB Cam Ward

Ward had a rough outing against the Jaguars and appeared to struggle with his accuracy all afternoon. And while he had almost no help from his outside wide receivers gaining separation, he missed too many open throws. He was also not a threat with his legs on Sunday, a facet of the game that has opened up some plays in recent weeks, and he looked uncomfortable the entire game.

Stock up: LB Cedric Gray

Gray had another solid outing and again led the Titans in tackles with nine total (eight solo) and was active at every level of the defense. The second-year linebacker has come into his own in 2025 and appears to be growing into a foundational piece the front office and coaching staff can build upon during the offseason.

Stock down: Titans’ wide receivers

The entire wide receiver room laid an egg against the Jaguars, with only Van Jefferson recording multiple receptions on Sunday, with three. Elic Ayomanor, Chimere Dike, James Proche, and Xavier Restrepo each had one catch, and none were able to create any separation or give Cam Ward reliable targets on the outside. The Jaguars exposed the Titans' need for a true No. 1 wide receiver, and until someone steps up, the offense will struggle to make plays on critical downs.

Stock up: Titans’ tight ends

With the wide receivers struggling on the outside, tight ends Gunnar Helm and Chig Okonkwo came to life, combining for 10 receptions and 52 yards. They were both reliable underneath targets for Cam Ward and created matchup problems for the Jaguars all afternoon. If Tennessee can get any consistent production from its receiving unit, the combination of Helm and Okonkwo could feast.

Stock down: OT JC Latham

Latham continued to underwhelm and struggled to keep Cam Ward upright against the Jaguars' front. The former first-round pick out of Alabama has had a rough season and appears to have regressed in his second season with the Titans. Jacksonville exposed his overall lack of agility and poor technique throughout the game, making him a complete liability for the offensive line. At this point, Latham may be ticketed to move inside to guard, and if he can’t make that transition, he would be a completely wasted pick at No. 7 overall.

Stock up: S Kevin Winston Jr.

Winston again had a big day and was active all game, finishing second in tackles with eight (five solo) and recording his first sack against the Jaguars. The rookie safety appears to be improving every week and seems to be a foundational piece moving forward.

Stock down: OLB Arden Key

After two weeks where Key appeared to be leading the charge on the edge, Key fell back to earth and was virtually invisible against the Jaguars. The Titans were unable to get their pass rush going, and Trevor Lawrence had way too much time to pick apart the challenged Titans’ secondary. Yes, the edge unit has been underwhelming all season, but this week, only Jihad Ward appeared to show up to make plays.
