The Brooklyn Nets (3-16) came out of the Thanksgiving break with a tough task as they had to go into a back-to-back that pitted them against two of the tougher teams on their schedule. Brooklyn has yet another chance to get their first home win of the season in a matchup on Monday against the Charlotte Hornets (6-14) and if you're wondering how you can watch all the action live, you've come to the right place!
The Nets come into this matchup following a 116-99 loss at the Milwaukee Bucks on Saturday in which Brooklyn fell behind in the second quarter due to the team's inability to stop Milwaukee's offense at every level. Rookie forward Danny Wolf had his breakout performance of the season as he dropped 22 points, four rebounds, and four assists while forward Jalen Wilson had his best outing with 13 points in 16 minutes off the bench.

Forward Miles Bridges led the way for the Hornets with 35 points and three rebounds while rookie forward Kon Knueppel had 20 points, six rebounds, and four assists.

The Nets had a rough weekend coming out of Thanksgiving break as they dealt with a couple of tough losses along with plenty of injuries impacting the team during that stretch. However, Brooklyn also saw some encouraging moments during the back-to-back, including rookies Egor Demin and Danny Wolf having their breakout games of the season.
The Hornets are in a similar rebuilding situation to the Nets, but Charlotte has some talented, young players on the roster, including forward Kon Knueppel, who has been nothing, but excellent over the course of this season. Charlotte always presents a formidable challenge for the Nets due to how fast they like to play, but Brooklyn has been working on ways to better control the pace in their favor.
The Nets and Hornets rank in the bottom half of the league in offensive rating, defensive rating, and in pace, which falls in line with how these two franchises are in similar places in their rebuilding process. If Brooklyn is able to get Michael Porter Jr. back in the lineup, they should have a better chance of winning their first game in front of their home crowd.
