On Sunday, the Pittsburgh Steelers laid an egg in Acrisure Stadium against the Buffalo Bills. The 26-7 loss dropped the Steelers to 6-6 and out of the playoffs and is just the latest example of why there is so much frustration with this team.

One person who couldn't hold back their frustration was former Steelers offensive lineman Trai Essex. Essex took to X and vented about just how bad things looked on Sunday.

That whole 2nd half….nobody showed up. Nobody showed the fuck up. It’s pissing me off the more I think about it. And there was nothing done. Not a timeout to talk the troops. No energy. Nobody stepped up. No leaders. They let this shit happen. ARod is on lease. He’s not a STEELER per se. He wants it more than anybody else. I’m tired. Writing this tweet wore me out. I don’t know what to do.

Essex played seven of his eight NFL seasons with the Steelers. He started 28 games and won two Super Bowls with Pittsburgh.
