The Atlanta Falcons are having a tough season but there have been a few bright spots despite the team's 3-7 record. Wide receiver Drake London and running back Bijan Robinson have carried the load for the Falcons offense, while rookies Jalon Walker, Xavier Watts and James Pearce Jr. continue to shine on defense.

London has been battling injuries all season long and was ruled out for this Sunday's game against the New Orleans Saints due to a knee injury. The fourth-year wide receiver has been on a bit of a tear over the last few weeks, topping the 100-yard mark in five out of his last six games.

For the season, London has 60 receptions for 810 receiving yards and six touchdowns. Pro Football Focus ranked the NFL's 10 most valuable non-quarterbacks thus far in 2025. London came in at No. 5 on PFF's list with a Wins Above Replacement (WAR) of .44 this season:

Atlanta’s offense hasn’t taken form in the way most expected in Michael Penix Jr.’s second season, but London has still been elite out wide. His 90.9 PFF receiving grade and 2.66 yards per route run are both third among qualifiers. London’s sure hands also stand out, as reflected by his miniscule 1.6% drop rate on 86 targets. -- Bradley Locker, PFF

Falcons quarterback Michael Penix Jr. and London have developed an incredible connection over the first half of the season. Unfortunately, Penix suffered a partially torn ACL injury during the team's Week 11 loss to the Carolina Panthers and is out for the rest of the year.

London will attempt to replicate his success with Kirk Cousins at quarterback going forward, however, the former top-10 pick will have to wait until Week 13 at the earliest before he returns to the field. Darnell Mooney and Kyle Pitts should be Cousins' main targets with London ruled out for Week 12.

The Falcons picked up London's fifth-year option over the offseason, keeping him in Atlanta for at least one more season.
