Pittsburgh Steelers Friday practice is in the books, and quarterback Aaron Rodgers was back on the field and, based on the video below, is throwing the football quite well. The Steelers are preparing to take on the Chicago Bears in huge Sunday showdown that the Steelers cannot afford to lose if they want to keep pace in the AFC North.
Rodgers suffered a wrist injury in last Sunday's game against the Cincinnati Bengals that forced him out of the game. Rodgers has been feverishly working his way back to be ready for this week's game and has practiced on a limited basis the past two days. Backup Mason Rudolph has also been taking reps just in case he is pressed into duty again this Sunday.
After practice, head coach Mike Tomlin told reporters that Rodgers is officially listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Bears. We expect this to be a game-time decision after Rodgers goes through warmups in Chicago.
