The Denver Broncos have made another update to their injury report ahead of a Sunday Night Football showdown with the Washington Commanders.
Broncos safety Talanoa Hufanga is now listed as questionable on the injury report with an illness, the team announced Sunday morning. This news comes one day after outside linebacker Jonah Elliss (hamstring) was downgraded to out on Saturday after initially being listed as questionable on Friday's injury report.

If Hufanga is not able to play tonight, the remaining options on the depth chart to play across from Brandon Jones are P.J. Locke, Devon Key and JL Skinner. Another option could be to have rookie cornerback Jahdae Barron play safety.
Sunday's game (6:20 p.m. MT) will be nationally televised on NBC. The Broncos are considered big favorites despite playing on the road.
