If the Carolina Panthers are to pull off a ground-shaking upset here in Week 13, they'll have to do so without a handful of key players.
Among the seven inactives for this afternoon's matchup against the 9-2 Los Angeles Rams is cornerback Jaycee Horn. The Pro Bowl defender and the NFL's interception leader, who sustained a concussion in Monday night's 20-9 loss to the San Francisco 49ers, was ruled out of the contest on Friday.

Carolina will not have starting safety Tre'von Moehrig in the lineup either. Moehrig is serving a one-game suspension for his low blow of 49ers wide receiver Jauan Jennings from the end of the Week 12 defeat.
To fill the voids, the Panthers have signed cornerbacks Robert Rochell and Kalen King to the active roster while elevating offensive lineman Saahdiq Charles and linebacker Isaiah Simmons from the practice squad.
