For the third time in the last five years, the Crimson Tide and Bulldogs face off in Atlanta for the rights to be crowned SEC Champ. Bama already defeated UGA in Athens on September 27 of this year by the score of 24-21. Despite that recent outcome, the Dogs are favored in the Conference Championship Game.

The Bulldogs finish the 2025 regular season campaign with the defeat at the hands of Alabama representing the sole blemish on their record.

The Crimson Tide has struggled in their last four SEC games following four straight solid wins. However, the Tide did not cover the spread only once in that span.

Alabama is 7-3-2 against the spread and has gone under on the point total 8 of the last 9 games. Folks thinking that Bama wins outright might want to jump on this +1.5 point spread.

Both teams defeated Tennessee and Auburn. Those are the only common opponents.

The Bulldogs just completed a game with Georgia Tech in the same Atlanta venue as this SEC Championship Game, which gives them some familiarity and a bit of a home field advantage. On the other hand, Bama seems to have cast some kind of spell over the Dawgs with the Tide having defeated UGA 10 out of the last 11 meetings.

MATH

With an over/under of 47.5 and 1.5 point spread, FanDuel appears to think that the final score could look something like UGA 24, BAMA 23. Would you be willing to bet on this game? Check back to FanDuel for updated odds.
