Getty ImagesThe 6-5 Pittsburgh Steelers host the 7-4 Buffalo Bills as 3-point underdogs this Sunday. With the Bills firmly behind the Patriots in the AFC East and the Steelers hanging on to the AFC North lead by a thread, both teams really can’t afford to lose many more games.
The Steelers will get Aaron Rodgers back at quarterback for this week, but the running game is what has kept the Steelers offense from collapsing this season. Both Jaylen Warren and Kenneth Gainwell have proven to be strong backs this year. Warren has been the lead back, but often Gainwell will split carries fairly evenly with him. And over the last three weeks, Gainwell has seen a higher snap percentage.
Below, we’ll go over Kenneth Gainwell’s outlook in fantasy football for Week 13.
Fantasy Football analysis: Steelers, RB, Kenneth GainwellThe good news for the Steelers is that the Bills are weak against the run game. They’ve allowed the most rushing touchdowns, the second highest yards per carry, and the third-most fantasy points to the position. The split between Gainwell and Warren is hard to predict, but Gainwell has been playing too well to be kicked to the curb in a game where they need to be able to run the ball.
