Diego Pavia's brother, Javier Pavia, was arrested on a public intoxication charge during Vanderbilt's win against Tennessee football on Nov. 29 at Neyland Stadium, Knox County Sheriff’s Office spokesperson Kimberly Glenn confirmed to Knox News.

According to the police report obtained by Knox News, Javier Pavia was repeatedly spoken to by University of Tennessee event staff about blocking the view of others with a flag and told him to remove the flag. The arresting officer witnessed him arguing with event staff. The officer who filed the arrest report said Javier Pavia was slurring his speech, unsteady on his feet and appeared drunk.

"(Javier Pavia) was also extremely verbally combative with event staff and myself," the report said.

It is the second time Javier Pavia has been arrested at a Vanderbilt game this season. He and his other brother, Roel Pavia, were arrested and charged with public intoxication and resisting arrest on Aug. 30 in Nashville, according to court documents. The arrest happened after Vanderbilt's win against Charleston Southern.

Diego Pavia torched No. 18 Tennessee for 433 total yards in No. 12 Vanderbilt's 45-24 win at Neyland Stadium. He threw for 268 yards and one touchdown on 18-for-28 passing. He rushed for 165 yards on 20 attempts with a touchdown.
