Kansas State's injury problems in 2025 have been well-documented. The Wildcats already knew entering the week that wide receiver Jayce Brown would miss the rest of the season with an injury, while the school also ruled out the debut of offensive lineman George Fitzpatrick. Receiver Jerand Bradley's status was in question entering last week, and he ended up playing only six snaps.

Colorado's biggest availability news of the week came when Deion Sanders announced he was shutting down quarterback Julian Lewis for the season to preserve his redshirt. Kaidon Salter will return to the starting lineup in his place.
