LaPorta popped up on the injury report last week due to a back issue and then was placed on injured reserve over the weekend.

Now, Lions head coach Dan Campbell has revealed that there is a slim chance LaPorta returns at all this season after having a procedure on his back.

"Dan Campbell says Sam LaPorta had a procedure done and there is a slim chance he returns this year," Pride of Detroit relayed.
