The San Francisco 49ers erased a sizable question mark that popped up Thanksgiving Day when running back Christian McCaffrey was listed as a non-participant in practice for the second consecutive day.
McCaffrey was a full participant in Friday's session and wasn't listed on the official Week 13 injury report. Head coach Kyle Shanahan after Friday's practice offered some concise insight into why McCaffrey got two days off instead of his typical one.

The 49ers didn't add any injury to McCaffrey on the participation report which was always a reason for optimism for him in Week 13. On the other hand, a red flag is always going to go up for McCaffrey when he misses more than his usual Wednesday practice.
San Francisco's injury report wasn't totally clean, however. They did rule out three players for their game against the Cleveland Browns on Sunday:
49ers Week 13 injury report
LB Tatum Bethune (ankle), Out
DE Sam Okuayinonu (ankle), Out
K Eddy Pineiro (hamstring), Out
Brock Purdy injury update
Purdy didn't have any lingering effects from his toe injury after the 49ers' win over the Carolina Panthers on Monday night. He was a full participant in all three days of practice and is not on the injury report. Purdy will be under center for the 49ers on Sunday in Cleveland.

Like Purdy, Pearsall made it through another game without issue. He was also a full participant throughout the week while working back from a knee injury that put him on the sidelines for six weeks. Pearsall is also not on the injury report.
