Speaking to the press this Friday, Luis Enrique finally extended his congratulations to Achraf Hakimi, winner of the 2025 African Ballon d'Or.
During Friday's press conference, Luis Enrique made a point to praise Achraf Hakimi. The Moroccan star was crowned African Ballon d'Or 2025 at the CAF Awards in Rabat. The PSG coach applauded an outstanding season from his right-back. "Hakimi has been at a really high level. This is my third year here, and he's been top class both in attack and defense. I joke with him because he's not just a full-back—he does it all," the Spaniard said with a smile.

Luis Enrique, however, emphasized that at PSG, the primary focus remains on team performance rather than individual accolades.
