The Los Angeles Rams are going to present a rather unique case for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, as they seemingly are strong in all the areas that Tampa Bay has struggled.
Speed has killed the Bucs in 2025 as they seem to be slower and processing it all at a gear below what they usually do. A prime example is the middle of the field, and in space, the team has struggled to defend the most, which is where the Rams are going to go after them. For the Bucs, the offense has to be on its A game as the Rams' defense has proven to be one of the best units in the league. Quarterback Baker Mayfield will have his work cut out for him but the prospects of a Chris Godwin return may be a welcome sight, as it takes a load off of Emeka Egbuka.
With that in mind, here is our preview of the Bucs' primetime matchup.
