Despite a significant talent drain this summer, the Boston Celtics keep finding ways to win. Joe Mazzulla's team is 9-8 over the first 17 games of the season, and they've won 6 of their last 10 games. They might not be a contending team this season, but the Celtics are certainly starting to figure out how to win with the current roster and their performances have steadily improved.
The next step in the Celtics' development will be finding some consistency. Right now, Boston is struggling to string wins together, and that is hampering its ability to climb the Eastern Conference and fight for playoff seeding. Of course, we're still in the early part of the season, so there's plenty of time for the team to begin finding a killer instinct.

Tatum is currently sidelined with an Achilles tendon injury.
