The Houston Rockets' center may not be Nikola Jokic. But he's not all that far off.

The evidence of that comes in an impressive streak Sengun is on.

Via ESPN: "Alperen Sengun, meanwhile, has scored at least 10 points with 5 rebounds and 5 assists in every game, good for the seventh-longest streak since 1950 to start a season, according to ESPN Research."

That's a 15-game streak. The Rockets are 11-4.

The Turkish center is in his fifth NBA season, and he's been dominant.

So far, Sengun is averaging 22.4 points, 9.7 rebounds, 7.1 assists, 1.1 steals and 0.9 blocks per game.

He's shooting 49.0% from the floor, including a whopping 44.2% from 3-point range, and he's also at a career-best 74.3% from the foul line.

Sengun has been a part of some intriguing Rockets lineups thanks to his versatility. They've gone very big at times, with Sengun playing next to Steven Adams.

Houston doesn't always have a true point guard on the floor, but with both Sengun and Amen Thompson, the Rockets get into their offense with no problem anyway.

The 10-5-5 streak Sengun is on isn't the most important thing. But it's also not hard to believe that it'll continue for a while.

He's that good, and he's on that much of a roll, and so are the Rockets thanks to their rising superstar center.
