The 2025 Topps Marvel Studios Chrome checklist just dropped, and honestly? It’s ridiculous. It’s the kind of checklist that makes your wallet weep just looking at it. We aren’t talking about a few scattered D-list actors here; Topps basically backed a dump truck full of cash up to every agent in Hollywood.
Usually, when a new set drops, I might do a “Top 5” listicle. You know the drill. But this set is so absurdly loaded that a Top 5 is insulting. It’s barely a warmup. So, instead of a tight five, here is a massive countdown of the Top 75 autographs I’m absolutely losing my mind over in the new 2025 Topps Marvel Studios Chrome, ranked from cool curiosities down to the absolute holy grails.
AdvertisementAdvertisementAdvertisementHere is the definitive chase list countdown.
75) Lewis Pullman (Sentry). We don’t know much about his take on Marvel’s most unstable, Superman-level powerhouse yet, but the potential for chaos is terrifying.
74) Leslie Uggams (Blind Al). Deadpool’s roommate, IKEA furniture assembler, and verbal sparring partner is the unsung hero of that entire franchise.
73) Stefan Kapičić (Colossus). He’s big, he’s CGI metal, and he’s constantly trying and failing to get Deadpool to stop swearing.
72) Tyler Mane (Sabretooth). A deep cut throwback to the original 2000 X-Men movie era brought back for a quick dusty gag in Deadpool & Wolverine.
AdvertisementAdvertisementAdvertisement71) Erin Kellyman (Karli Morgenthau). The leader of the Flag Smashers actually had a pretty solid point, even if her methods got way too extreme in Falcon and Winter Soldier.
70) Joe Locke (Billy Maximoff). The Heartstopper star is bringing one of Wanda’s magically created children to life in Agatha All Along, teasing big Young Avengers vibes.
69) Patti Lupone (Lilia Calderu). A literal Broadway legend slumming it in an MCU witch’s coven on Disney+; we are not worthy.
68) Chukwudi Iwuji (The High Evolutionary). Arguably the most hateable, irredeemable villain since Thanos, his performance was genuinely unsettling in Guardians Vol. 3.
AdvertisementAdvertisementAdvertisement67) Richard E. Grant (Classic Loki). His “glorious purpose” was finally realized in a massive CGI illusion of Asgard, and it was weirdly beautiful.
66) Sophia Di Martino (Sylvie). The Variant who broke the multiverse because she couldn’t trust anyone; a tragic and pivotal character in the Loki saga.
65) Alaqua Cox (Echo). A total badass who commanded the screen in her own series and gave Kingpin a serious run for his money.
64) Dominique Thorne (Ironheart). The spiritual successor to Tony Stark, rolling out her own clunky-but-awesome suit of armor in Wakanda Forever.
63) Iman Vellani (Ms. Marvel Single). Her real-life superfan energy translates perfectly to the character of Kamala Khan; she is one of us.
AdvertisementAdvertisementAdvertisement62) Maria Bakalova (Cosmo the Spacedog). She voiced the very good telepathic Soviet space dog in Guardians 3 and the Holiday Special; what’s not to love?
61) Will Poulter (Adam Warlock). He was the golden himbo we didn’t know we needed in Guardians Vol. 3, even if he spent half the movie confused.
60) Ralph Ineson (Galactus Single). He has one of the deepest, most resonant voices in Hollywood, perfect for the Devourer of Worlds.
59) Cobie Smulders (Maria Hill Single). Justice for Maria Hill, who deserved way better than getting unceremoniously taken out in the first episode of Secret Invasion.
58) Clark Gregg (Phil Coulson Single). His death was the glue that originally assembled the Avengers, and we still miss his presence in the movies.
AdvertisementAdvertisementAdvertisement57) Frank Grillo (Crossbones). A great minor villain who went toe-to-toe with Cap in a crowded elevator and lived (briefly) to tell the tale.
56) Giancarlo Esposito (Sidewinder). It’s Giancarlo Esposito playing a villain; you already know it’s going to be menacing, brilliant, and terrifyingly calm.
The “Fan Favorites & Essential Character Actors” Tier (55-31)
55) David Harbour (Red Guardian). He fits into that super-suit way better than he fits into Hopper’s police uniform these days, and his Russian accent is delightful.
54) Pom Klementieff (Mantis). Her empathic bond with Drax provided some of the funniest and sweetest moments in the entire Guardians trilogy.
AdvertisementAdvertisementAdvertisement53) Lee Pace (Ronan the Accuser). Before he was a generic baddie in Guardians, he was the sassy Elven King in The Hobbit, and I never forget a fabulous performance.
52) Tilda Swinton (The Ancient One).A truly unique, chameleon-like actor bringing immense gravitas to the mystical side of the Marvel universe.
51) Wyatt Russell (U.S. Agent). He did a great job of making us all hate John Walker before setting him up for a fascinating redemption arc in Thunderbolts.
50) Michael Rooker (Yondu). He may not be your father, boy, but he’s absolutely your daddy when it comes to the most emotional moment in the Guardians trilogy.
AdvertisementAdvertisementAdvertisement49) Angela Bassett (Queen Ramonda). She did the thing, and she absolutely deserved an Oscar for that gut-wrenching throne room speech in Wakanda Forever.
48) Tessa Thompson (Valkyrie). The King of New Asgard, Peggy Carter’s What If…? bestie, and one of the few people who can keep Thor in check.
47) Tenoch Huerta Mejía (Namor). He brought incredible intensity and necessary cultural depth to one of Marvel’s oldest, most arrogant characters in Wakanda Forever.
46) Simu Liu (Shang-Chi). The charismatic star of one of the best post-Endgame origin movies deserves a spot right here in the middle tier.
45) Tatiana Maslany (She-Hulk). Say what you want about the CGI in the show, but Maslany is an incredible actress and absolutely nailed the character’s fourth-wall-breaking vibe.
AdvertisementAdvertisementAdvertisement44) Mickey Rourke (Whiplash). “I want my bird.” A truly bizarre performance in Iron Man 2, but memorable nonetheless for its sheer weirdness.
43) Julia Louis-Dreyfus (Val). It’s basically Veep’s Selina Meyer running a black ops MCU team, a concept I am still fully invested in seeing play out.
42) Jude Law (Yon-Rogg). A solid A-lister playing a manipulative Kree jerk; a nice pickup for collectors obsessed with star power.
41) Triple Auto: Samuel L. Jackson (Fury), Clark Gregg (Coulson), & Cobie Smulders (Maria Hill). The original S.H.I.E.L.D. triumvirate that kept the Avengers from killing each other way back in Phase 1.
AdvertisementAdvertisementAdvertisement40) Taika Waititi (Korg). Sure, Love and Thunder was divisive, but Korg remains a delightful rock-based comic relief revolutionary.
39) Dual Auto: Charlie Cox (Daredevil) & Vincent D’Onofrio (Kingpin). The defining rivalry of the entire Netflix era is finally getting the premium Topps Chrome treatment it deserves.
38) Ebon Moss-Bachrach (The Thing). Cousin Richie from The Bear is going to be playing a giant orange rock monster with a heart of gold, which is perfect casting.
37) Kathryn Hahn (Agatha Harkness). Admit it, you still have “Agatha All Along” stuck in your head, and this auto is wicked.
AdvertisementAdvertisementAdvertisement36) Karen Gillan (Nebula). Watching Nebula go from a rage-filled cyborg assassin to the slightly awkward heart of the Guardians family was a pure joy.
35) Dual Auto: Anthony Mackie (Falcon) & Sebastian Stan (Winter Soldier – Civil War era). The ultimate “frenemies” pairing that launched a TV series and a thousand fan-fiction ships.
34) Andy Serkis (Ulysses Klaue). We simply didn’t get enough of his unhinged energy and SoundCloud rapper aesthetic before Killmonger took him out.
33) Glenn Close (Nova Prime). Remember when legendary actress Glenn Close had that majestic hair and ran the Nova Corps in the first Guardians movie? Iconic.
AdvertisementAdvertisementAdvertisement32) Forest Whitaker (Zuri). THEY GOT FOREST WHITAKER? An acting legend providing the spiritual grounding and some tough truths in the first Black Panther film.
31) Don Cheadle (War Machine). It’s terrifying that he’s been an Avenger this long and didn’t get an Emmy nomination until Secret Invasion (for 90 seconds of screen time!).
The “Heavy Hitters & Holy Grails” Tier (30-11)
30) Owen Wilson (Mobius). How cool would a “Wow.” inscription be. A legend.
29) Joseph Quinn (Human Torch). The Stranger Things Eddie Munson hype train is pulling straight into the Baxter Building and I am ready to rock.
AdvertisementAdvertisementAdvertisement28) Sam Rockwell (Justin Hammer). He wasn’t my favorite villian but he is one of my favorite actors; his little shuffle-dance onto the stage in Iron Man 2 remains iconic.
27) Vanessa Kirby (Invisible Woman). She was absolutely terrifying in Mission: Impossible and I cannot wait to see her bring that intensity to Sue Storm.
26) Sebastian Stan (Winter Soldier). From brainwashed assassin with great hair to the grumpy, therapy-attending uncle of the MCU, Bucky’s arc is undeniably great.
25) Dual Auto: Anthony Hopkins (Odin) & Tom Hiddleston (Loki). A Shakespearean-level father-son drama captured in autograph form; Odin disowning Loki is still peak cinema.
AdvertisementAdvertisementAdvertisement24) Triple Auto: Brie Larson (Captain Marvel), Teyonah Parris (Photon), & Iman Vellani (Ms. Marvel). The Marvels unite on one card, and honestly, Iman Vellani’s real-life superfan enthusiasm alone makes this worth chasing.
23) Paul Rudd (Ant-Man). Who doesn’t love Paul Rudd? Look at this card; I guarantee you he hasn’t aged a day since Clueless came out.
22) Solo Auto: Hailee Steinfeld as Kate Bishop & Dual Auto: Jeremy Renner (Hawkeye) & Hailee Steinfeld (Kate Bishop). The perfect passing-of-the-torch card for the Hawkeye mantle, and their mentor/mentee chemistry was fantastic in the show. I want a Josh Allen & Hailee Steinfeld dual auto next.
21) Pedro Pascal (Mister Fantastic Single). The internet’s undisputed daddy is now officially the MCU’s smartest daddy as Reed Richards.
AdvertisementAdvertisementAdvertisement20) Gwyneth Paltrow (Pepper Potts). The OG who started it all back in 2008; put some respect on the name of the woman who ran Stark Industries while Tony played with suits.
19) Oscar Isaac (Moon Knight). He played like four different personalities in one show and made us all care deeply about an Egyptian mythology deep cut.
18) Triple Auto: Charlie Cox (Daredevil), Vincent D’Onofrio (Kingpin), & Jon Bernthal (Frank Castle). The holy trinity of gritty, street-level Marvel TV concentrated onto one lethal piece of cardboard.
17) Cate Blanchett (Hela). She destroyed Mjolnir with one casual hand and looked absolutely incredible doing it; easily one of the top-tier MCU threats.
AdvertisementAdvertisementAdvertisement16) Dual Auto: Paul Bettany (Vision) & Elizabeth Olsen (Wanda Maximoff – Civil War era). A snapshot of the most tragic love story in the MCU right before it all went suburban sitcom nightmare in Westview.
15) Natalie Portman (The Mighty Thor). From Star Wars queen to wielding Mjolnir, Portman is Hollywood royalty and her time as the Mighty Thor was too short. IMO. You might feel differently.
14) Dual Auto: Pedro Pascal (Mister Fantastic) and Vanessa Kirby (Invisible Woman). The First Family is finally here, and this card is the herald of a new MCU era.
13) Tom Hiddleston (Loki). The God of Mischief carried an entire TV series on his charismatic back and remains one of the MCU’s most complex, beloved characters.
12) Chris Evans (Captain America Single). Even without Peggy by his side, a solo auto from the heart and soul of the Infinity Saga is foundational to any serious collection.
AdvertisementAdvertisementAdvertisement11) Harrison Ford (Red Hulk). Indiana Jones and Han Solo is now a raging Red Hulk in the MCU, and if that doesn’t blow your mind, nothing will.
The “Mortgage the House” Tier (10-1)
10) Dual Auto: Hugh Jackman (Wolverine) and Ryan Reynolds (Deadpool). I enjoyed Deadpool & Wolverine as much as the next guy but I fear Reynolds’ schtick is running thin. Still a very cool card to own.
9) Anthony Hopkins (Odin). A living acting legend who brought Shakespearean gravitas to a movie about space Vikings fighting frost giants.
8) Benicio del Toro (The Collector). A genuinely weird performance from an incredibly respected actor; this is for the connoisseurs of unique cinema.
AdvertisementAdvertisementAdvertisement7) Michael B. Jordan (Erik Killmonger). Still arguably the best villain with the most justifiable grievance in the entire MCU history; an absolute superstar.
6) Josh Brolin (Thanos). No one could have played Thanos like him. The perfect casting. You have to respect the guy who actually succeeded in wiping out half the universe, even if it only lasted five years (blip happens).
5) Samuel L. Jackson (Nick Fury). Give me a straight up solo Sam Jackson auto please. Yes, the actor from Snakes on a Plane. The entire MCU never gets this far without him at the helm. I need it.
4) Dual Auto: Chris Evans (Captain America) and Hayley Atwell (Peggy Carter). Both of my favorite Captain Americas (Sorry Falcon). Iconic. Also, how good was Hayley Atwell in Mission: Impossible? Now that I think about it, that franchise has had so many stars in it they should do a card set next.
AdvertisementAdvertisementAdvertisement3) Trio Autograph: Elizabeth Olsen (Wanda Maximoff), Aaron Taylor-Johnson (Pietro Maximoff), and Paul Bettany (Vision) in Avengers: Age of Ultron. Three massive stars on the same card, back when everyone was friendly in Age of Ultron and before things got complicated. I watched Marvel Zombies recently and I got to say, I miss the old Wanda.
2) Dual Auto: Charlie Cox (Daredevil) and Jon Bernthal (Frank Castle). This card is going to be one of the most chased without question. Daredevil: Born Again left us on a massive cliffhanger and fans are anxious to jump back in with two of the most real anti-heroes in the MCU.
1) Dual Auto: Hugh Jackman (Wolverine) and Dafne Keen (X-23). Logan is my all-time favorite movie Marvel has ever made. I’ve been a Wolverine fan since I was a kid and the Logan movie made me feel things I didn’t know I could from a Superhero movie.
Which autos are you chasing? Let us know on Mantel.
