Kay Adams explains why she has faith in Broncos QB Bo Nix

As we come up on Week 13, it is a time for evaluation for the Denver Broncos and especially quarterback Bo Nix.

Nix has had some up and down performances as of late, but after turning in a near-300-yard performance against the Kansas City Chiefs, Kay Adams says she trusts Nix in the AFC.

"Bo Nix had his most complete game of the year, he had his best game," said Adams on FanDuel TV’s Up & Adams show. "He is a fourth quarter guy, he's shown it a lot, this is a game that really meant something.... This is why I do trust him, this is why he's clutch."

Adams spoke about Nix's composure in the most pressure-filled parts of a game. "Right when you thought the Chiefs were about to take control after the Kelce touchdown, he comes right back with big throw after big throw to lead the game-tying drive, and of course the game-winner right after that."

Adams talked about previously sitting down with Nix, wide receiver Courtland Sutton and head coach Sean Payton, and asking them why they believe this 2025 version of the Broncos is special. "(Payton) knew, because he's smart. Because he knew they've got what it takes," said Adams. "He said Bo's the guy."

Nix and Co. look to get back into the swing of things in a prime-time matchup between Denver and the Washington Commanders on Sunday Night Football in Week 13.
