Despite all the struggles the Pittsburgh Steelers are having on defense this season, it is still the offense that is going to need the most work this offseason. So for our latest four-round mock draft, we focused on offense with the first two picks before turning to the defensive side of the football.
First round - WR Carnell Tate - Ohio State
The Steelers passed on a receiver in the 2025 NFL draft and are paying for it now, so there's no way they do it again. Picking No. 16 overall they land Carnell Tate who is the next great Ohio State receiver headed to the NFL.

Maiava might not be ready to be a full-time starter as a rookie but his level of growth and development this season shows just how high his ceiling is in the right system.
Third round - S Emmanuel McNeil-Warren - Toledo
Big, Ballhawk of a safety who isn't shy about coming down and playing the run. Could be a lot of turnover at safety in the offseason.
Third round - CB Julian Neal - Arkansas
Neal has been consistent in coverage all season and, with his length, has starter potential as a boundary cornerback.
Third round - DT Darrell Jackson Jr. - Florida State
Great potential as a replacement for Cameron Heyward should he retire at the end of the season.

If the Steelers can land Chaplin this late, they have to take him as a key reserve with starter potential.
Fourth round - RB Kaytron Allen - Penn State
Incredibly productive college back with a strong frame and exceptional contact balance.
