Falcons’ keys to victory vs Jets
Establish the ground game with RB Bijan Robinson: The Jets' run defense looked solid against the Ravens, allowing 98 yards on 34 attempts (2.9 yards per) against a formidable duo in Ravens QB Lamar Jackson and RB Derrick Henry. It'll be another tall task for the Jets defense against Robinson, who is seventh in the NFL with 853 rushing yards and has nearly 1,400 total yards with six total TDs. If Robinson gets going from the jump, it'll be hard for the Jets to stop one of the best young talented running backs.

Get after Falcons QB Kirk Cousins early and often: With starting QB Michael Penix Jr. out for the season, it'll be Kirk Cousins for a second consecutive game. While the veteran QB was able to lead Atlanta to a win over New Orleans, it'll be a much different environment on the road at MetLife Stadium in late November. If the Jets’ pass rush can solve the Falcons strong offensive line unit, it should be a field day against the non-mobile 37-year-old Cousins.
Jets vs Falcons matchup to watch
Jets RB Breece Hall vs. Falcons defense: Hall was held in check on Sunday as his 16 carries for 44 yards was his lowest output since Week 7 against the Panthers. However, with QB Tyrod Taylor starting, Hall had a season-high 75 receiving yards on four receptions Sunday after having just seven catches for 76 yards in the previous four games. If the Jets are to succeed on offense, they're going to need to continue to involve Hall in the receiving game.

The Jets offense wasn't inspiring last week, but that shouldn't have come as a surprise against a Ravens defense that is significantly better since the beginning of the season.
The key factor is Falcons WR Drake London, who missed Week 12 with a PCL injury he suffered the week prior and could be a game-time decision. I expect London to miss one more week as the Jets defense takes advantage and makes it a long and miserable day for Cousins.
The Jets pull off the upset as a home underdog, winning this one by a field goal for their third win of the season.
