With it already being home to some of the most acclaimed genre television on the air, Apple TV is now inviting subscribers a massive discount in time for its latest sci-fi hit.

In honor of the upcoming discount shopping day, Apple TV is offering a special Black Friday discount to both new and returning subscribers. The deal, which is available through Monday, December 1, will see the ad-free subscription costing just $5.99 per month for six months, a discount of over 50% from the normal $12.99 a month price. Apple TV users who take the deal will have their subscriptions automatically begin renewing at the normal price at the end of the six-month period.
